Background
GYN is an American real estate company that has the mission of making it easier to purchase homes and refunds its customers the buyers' commission fee upon closing the deal.
The company wanted to test different messaging and visuals to expand its brand recognition and customer base.
Challenges
- Map the customer journey to identify pain points to provide the structure for the landing page;
- Conduct UX research and data analysis to identify patterns and copywriting that worked for their audience;
- Create the content structure that will make the landing page convert leads with the right message;
- Come up with creative imagery and messaging that could fit into GYN's branding universe;
- Design the landing page on-brand, using the right imagery, design system, and design components;
- Ensure the landing page provides a seamless experience from the ad to the product sign-up.
What I delivered
- Responsive Design: designed the landing page to fit desktop and mobile screens;
- Image Editing: created custom images to match the page's messaging;
- Display Banners: designed custom display banners with the brand's look and feel;
- Email Marketing: designed the email to go with the campaign;
- UX Research & Data Analysis: tested the imagery, copy, and key flows with users, and analyzed analytics data to understand how the designs performed.
