Rafaela Chadud is a Brazilian-Swedish Senior UI/UX Designer with over 10 years of experience across SaaS, EdTech, blockchain, fintech, and innovation projects. With a background in graphic design and print, she brings strong visual craft, research, systems thinking, and behavioral analysis into digital product design. Her work focuses on turning complex flows into clear, strategic, and human-centered experiences.

Outside of work, Rafaela is a traveler, polyglot, fast learner, and naturally curious person. She has been solo traveling since she was 22 and is currently pursuing a personal project to visit all 26 Brazilian states, having already been to 6. Her international background, time living abroad, and curiosity about people and cultures shape the way she observes behavior and designs for different contexts.

Rafaela is looking for remote or hybrid opportunities with enough flexibility to keep exploring while doing meaningful product work. She is open to relocation depending on the offer and the place, especially for roles where she can innovate, lead product discovery, collaborate with business and product teams, and still deliver high-quality hands-on designs.
